Financial Marketing Operations Manager

Our client, a leader in financial software is hiring a Financial Marketing Operations Manager to join their team!

**This is an 8-month W2 contract with benefits and paid holidays**

As the Financial Marketing Operations Manager, you will manage the day-to-day business by understanding what's driving our KPIs and business dynamics, projecting forward outlooks, and developing plans to accelerate performance.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and drive opportunities to accelerate performance and drive alignment with leaders of cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product, sales, analytics, finance) on priority initiatives
• Craft the narrative on business results and trends including weekly, monthly, quarterly, business reporting, status reporting, and root cause analysis
• Provide performance updates to the cross-functional senior leadership team including recommendations on next steps and action plans
• Understand business performance for key GTM activities (e.g. marketing campaigns, product launches)

Desired Skills

• 5-7 years leading strategic or business performance initiatives and/or organizational change initiatives
• Experience analyzing the trends of KPIs, relating to financial metrics and campaign performance
• Experience with financial projections and/or operating forecasts
• Proficiency with Google docs, Excel, Tableau, A/B testing, SQL and other data analysis tools
