The Financial Manager at Bnberry will be responsible for setting up and streamlining payment processes, managing and optimizing expense workflows, and overseeing payroll for staff across the US and EU. This role requires a keen eye for detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to manage multiple financial operations simultaneously. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial management and a proven track record of improving financial processes.
Key Responsibilities:
Payment Process Management:
Develop and implement efficient payment processes to ensure timely and accurate transactions
Oversee all payment operations, including vendor payments, employee reimbursements, and client transactions
Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards
Expense Workflow Optimization:
Review and optimize current expense workflows to enhance efficiency and reduce costs
Implement best practices for expense management across all departments
Monitor and analyze expense reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
Payroll Management:
Manage payroll processes for staff in the US and EU, ensuring accuracy and compliance with local laws
Coordinate with HR to maintain accurate employee records and resolve payroll-related issues
Implement and maintain payroll software and systems to streamline payroll operations
Financial Reporting and Analysis:
Prepare and present financial reports to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for financial strategies
Conduct financial analysis to support business decisions and strategic planning
Monitor financial performance and implement corrective actions as needed
Compliance and Risk Management:
Ensure all financial operations comply with legal and regulatory requirements
Identify and mitigate financial risks through proactive management and continuous improvement of processes

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; a Master's degree or CPA is preferred
Minimum of 5 years of experience in financial management, with a focus on payment processes, expense management, and payroll
Strong knowledge of financial regulations and compliance standards in the US and EU
Proficiency in financial software and tools, such as ERP systems, payroll software, and expense management platforms
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
