The new intern will assist on conducting the daily workload, also expected to help with the additional workload from RTO migration.
Administer and perform FID client/relationship/account KYC related tasks and duties (e.g. CIP, CDD, EDD and Screening, etc.,) to ensure timely completion.
Conduct reviews of account customers to ensure required. documents are complete, up-to-date and accurate.
Maintain and update business data and customer profile in system and paper trail.
Assist other BAU tasks on daily basis.
Attention to details, and proven ability to oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Able to create and effectively communicate solutions.
Good organization skills. Manage opportunities, time, projects, relationships and account knowledge in an organized and documented manner.
Strong language and coordination skills in both English and Chinese.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc.).
