Financial Institutions Department Compliance Intern

The new intern will assist on conducting the daily workload, also expected to help with the additional workload from RTO migration.

• Administer and perform FID client/relationship/account KYC related tasks and duties (e.g. CIP, CDD, EDD and Screening, etc.,) to ensure timely completion.
• Conduct reviews of account customers to ensure required. documents are complete, up-to-date and accurate.
• Maintain and update business data and customer profile in system and paper trail.
• Assist other BAU tasks on daily basis.
• Attention to details, and proven ability to oversee multiple projects with conflicting priorities.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills. Able to create and effectively communicate solutions.
• Good organization skills. Manage opportunities, time, projects, relationships and account knowledge in an organized and documented manner.
• Strong language and coordination skills in both English and Chinese.
• Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Packages (MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint, etc.).
