Position Overview
We're seeking a motivated Financial Consultant to join our team! In this role, you'll play a crucial part in our FP&A team, partnering with various stakeholders across finance, operations, and real estate. Your expertise will drive robust financial modeling, forecasting, and analysis, supporting key business decisions and initiatives.
What You'll Do
Manage financial aspects of our global real estate portfolios, including operational and capital costs.
Lead financial support activities such as month-end close, forecasting, and project tracking.
Collaborate closely with stakeholders to develop strategies that enhance cost efficiencies and operational effectiveness.
Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports to department and organizational leaders.
Contribute to the development and maintenance of financial models to support strategic real estate projects.
What We're Looking For
Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience.
Skills: Proficiency in financial planning, forecasting, and financial modeling. Experience with PeopleSoft and Hyperion Essbase/SmartView is a plus.
Attributes: Strong communication skills with the ability to present financial information effectively. Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
