Job Summary:

Responsible for collaborative discovery, root cause analysis, and process improvement across the finance department and multiple stakeholders.

Essential Functions:

• Collaborative Discovery, Root Cause Analysis, and Process Improvement
• Execute / Manage Routine Business Transactions with an Eye Towards Handing Off
• Develop and Refine Training Documentation, Tools, and Fulfillment Aides
• Fingers on Keyboard Automation and Tool Development
• Management and Requirements Gathering
• Prioritization and Expectation Communication

Required Skills/Abilities:

• Strong analytical and organizational skills.
• General Accounting and Financial Reporting Exposure
• FP&A or Similar Analytics Environment Experience
• Project Management and Process Mapping Exposure
• Ability to Match Appropriate Communication with Multiple Stakeholders

Minimum Requirements:

• 2 - 5 Years in a Business Environment
• Valid Florida Driver’s License.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
