Role Overview
As a Financial Analyst, you will collaborate closely with operations leaders to analyze and enhance the financial performance of our supply chain operations. This includes optimizing labor planning, managing logistics expenses, and supporting cost-saving initiatives.
Responsibilities
Financial Insight: Conduct detailed analysis of supply chain operations, providing actionable insights to enhance efficiency.
Forecasting and Budgeting: Develop and maintain financial models to support budget planning and forecasting.
Performance Metrics: Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure and improve supply chain effectiveness.
Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities for cost savings and collaborate with procurement and operations teams to implement strategies.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with various teams to align financial goals with operational objectives and drive continuous improvement.
Reporting and Presentation: Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
Minimum 5 Years Of Experience In Financial Analysis.
Strong proficiency in financial modeling, budgeting, and Excel.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey complex financial data clearly and effectively.
Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to challenges.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
