What You'll Do
As a Financial Analyst, you'll be pivotal in optimizing costs and planning for our Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Conducting detailed financial analysis of supply chain operations, focusing on labor planning and logistics expenses.
Developing and maintaining financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Collaborating with procurement and operations teams to identify and implement cost-saving strategies.
Tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Providing actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis to drive continuous improvement.
Supporting cross-functional projects and initiatives to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Who You Are
You have a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
You bring 5+ years of experience in finance, with strong analytical skills and proficiency in financial modeling.
Advanced knowledge of Excel, SQL, and ERP systems is essential.
You're a proactive problem-solver with excellent communication skills and a keen attention to detail.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment, balancing multiple priorities and deadlines effectively.
