Position Overview
We're seeking a passionate Financial Analyst to join our Operations Finance team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing costs and enhancing efficiency across our Care, Fulfillment, and Delivery operations. Reporting to the Director of Supply Chain Finance, you'll collaborate closely with operational leaders to develop financial plans, analyze variances, build financial models, and implement strategies that drive operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities
Financial Analysis and Reporting:
Conduct detailed financial analysis for supply chain operations, focusing on labor planning and logistics expenses.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare comprehensive financial reports and present findings to senior management and stakeholders.
Cost Optimization
Identify opportunities for cost savings within the supply chain.
Collaborate with procurement and operations teams to implement effective cost-reduction strategies.
Monitor and evaluate the financial impact of supply chain initiatives.
Supply Chain Performance Metrics
Develop and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze supply chain data to identify trends, issues, and improvement opportunities.
Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on data analysis.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
Work closely with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams to align financial goals with operational objectives.
Participate in cross-functional projects to enhance overall supply chain performance.
Continuous Improvement
Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in supply chain management and finance.
Propose and implement process improvements and automation initiatives to streamline financial processes.
About You
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in financial analysis.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel and SQL.
Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and forecasting.
Excellent communication and presentation skills with a keen attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively.
Preferred Qualifications
Familiarity with supply chain management principles.
Knowledge of data visualization tools such as Tableau or Power BI.
Previous experience in mid-sized, fast-paced companies.
Additional Information
This is a full-time remote position.
Salary Range: $100,000 - $125,000 annually.
Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k), parental leave, and generous paid time off.
Limited travel may be required (up to 10%).
