Role Overview
Join our Operations Finance team as a Financial Analyst specializing in Supply Chain. In this pivotal role, you will play a key part in optimizing our operations efficiency and effectiveness. Collaborating closely with cross-functional teams, you will analyze financial data, develop robust models, and provide actionable insights to drive strategic decisions and cost savings initiatives across our supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive financial analysis of supply chain operations, including labor planning and logistics expenses.
Develop and maintain financial models to support budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare clear and insightful financial reports for senior management and stakeholders.
Identify opportunities for cost optimization and collaborate with procurement and operations teams to implement strategies.
Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure supply chain efficiency and effectiveness.
Analyze data trends and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
Foster cross-functional collaboration with supply chain, procurement, and operations teams.
Support the finance team with ad-hoc analysis and reporting as required.
Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
5+ years of experience in finance, with exposure to supply chain or operations finance.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in financial modeling and data interpretation.
Advanced knowledge of Excel; experience with financial software and ERP systems is a plus.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly and concisely.
Proven ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
