Position Overview
We are looking for a Financial Analyst to oversee physician employment agreements and contract changes, ensuring the smooth administration of our Physician Compensation Program.

Job Responsibilities
As a Financial Analyst, You Will
Monitor and update physician employment agreements and contract provisions
Ensure accurate calculation of Physician Compensation in compliance with contract terms
Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams on contract administration
Identify and resolve contract-related issues
Prepare departmental reports and variance analyses
Maintain processing and reporting deadlines
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
Two years of progressive finance experience, preferably in healthcare
Experience in contract management or administration is advantageous
