Position Overview

We are looking for a Financial Analyst to oversee physician employment agreements and contract changes, ensuring the smooth administration of our Physician Compensation Program.

Job Responsibilities

As a Financial Analyst, You Will

  • Monitor and update physician employment agreements and contract provisions
  • Ensure accurate calculation of Physician Compensation in compliance with contract terms
  • Collaborate with Operations, Finance, and Accounting teams on contract administration
  • Identify and resolve contract-related issues
  • Prepare departmental reports and variance analyses
  • Maintain processing and reporting deadlines

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, economics, or a related field
  • Two years of progressive finance experience, preferably in healthcare
  • Experience in contract management or administration is advantageous
