The ideal candidate will be responsible for using their analytical mindset to analyze and interpret financial data, then relating it to potential business trends and issues. This candidate will feel comfortable using insights they have discovered to communicate important themes and discoveries to company leadership.
Responsibilities
Analyze current and past financial data and performance to make recommendations on profit enhancement
Consistently analyze financial information based on both routine and ad-hoc reports
Interpret financial data to recognize changing trends, patterns, and their meaning related to key performance indicators
Communicate financial insights suggesting business issues to management
Manage & support all America business revenue- and expense-reporting, ensuring control, accuracy, predictability and timely delivery of figures, analysis, and comments. Ensure all regional and corporate reporting is completed accurately and on-time as directed.
Establish standardized, business focused reporting incorporating both historical and forward-looking views with the associated leading and lagging indicators, and do the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and yearly accounts.
Support the enhancement and compliance of Business Finance processes, standards, and systems, review financial information and key financial ratios, conduct cause analyses, and propose possible correction measures.
Review internal processes, tools or methods and develop and implement improvements.
Be the Business finance contact for regional managers and headquarters management, support the regional management team with analyses and decision proposals on strategic and service development topics, e.g. feasibility and profitability analyses.
Extended arm for the Headquarters Controller
Implementation of the new group-wide cost accounting (Based on pro Alpha 9, in 2025)
Determination and provision of location related information of supply chain and operations area
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Economics, or Finance or equivalent experience
3-5 years' financial analysis and modeling experience
Advanced knowledge of Excel and other accounting software
Must have experience in the Manufacturing, Warehouse or Industry Experience
Benefits
Starting Salary is 80-95K based on experience
