We are seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to join our finance team. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of experience in financial analysis, a strong analytical mindset, and a passion for finance. In this role, you will support senior analysts and management by analyzing financial data, preparing financial reports, and assisting with budgeting and forecasting activities. The Junior Financial Analyst will also contribute to financial modeling, variance analysis, and other ad-hoc projects as needed.
Responsibilities:
Analyze financial data and create financial models for decision support.
Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Prepare and present financial reports to management.
Conduct market research and analyze industry trends.
Support senior analysts with ad-hoc financial projects.
Ensure compliance with financial regulations and standards.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field.
1-2 years of experience in financial analysis or related role.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
