Financial Analyst

Beacon Hill Financial is partnering with a non-profit organization in Downtown D.C. to bring a detail-oriented and analytical Financial Analyst to join their dynamic finance team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting, as well as excellent interpersonal and communication skills. This role will play a crucial part in supporting the financial planning and decision-making processes within the company.

Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed financial analysis, including budgeting, trend analysis, forecasting, and financial modeling.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual reports to support management decision-making.
• Analyze financial performance against key business metrics and document pertinent financial highlights.
• Assist in developing financial models and conducting benchmarking.
• Conduct market research and prepare insightful financial analysis reports.
• Identify trends, advise company and recommend actions to a senior financial analyst based on sound analysis.
• Ad hoc duties as assigned.
