Position Overview
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a minimum of one year of experience to support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the Finance team to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that contribute to informed decision-making within the organization. This is an excellent opportunity for a recent graduate or early-career finance professional to grow their skills and advance their career in finance.
Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst
Financial Analysis: The Financial Analyst will conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions as the Financial Analyst.
Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
KPI Tracking: Financial Analyst Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance. Identify areas for improvement and track progress against targets.
Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from senior management. Provide timely and accurate information to support strategic initiatives.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Financial Analyst will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
Qualifications For The Financial Analyst
Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
The Financial Analyst has a strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
1 year minimum of experience in Finance or Accounting.
Must have strong coding skills.
Education Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
