Position Overview

We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Financial Analyst with a minimum of one year of experience to support the financial planning and analysis (FP&A) efforts. In this role, you will work closely with senior members of the Finance team to analyze financial data, prepare reports, and provide insights that contribute to informed decision-making within the organization. Responsibilities Of The Financial Analyst

• Financial Analysis: The Financial Analyst will conduct financial analysis, including variance analysis, trend analysis, and scenario modeling, to support strategic decision-making and business planning.
• Budgeting and Forecasting: Assist in the annual budgeting and monthly forecasting processes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather data and validate assumptions as the Financial Analyst.
• Financial Reporting: Prepare and distribute regular financial reports, including income statements, balance sheets, and cash flow statements. Ensure accuracy and completeness of financial data.
• KPI Tracking: Financial Analyst Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) and dashboards to monitor business performance. Identify areas for improvement and track progress against targets.
• Data Management: Maintain and update financial databases and spreadsheets. Ensure data integrity and accuracy.
• Ad-Hoc Analysis: Respond to ad-hoc data and analysis requests from senior management. Provide timely and accurate information to support strategic initiatives.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: The Financial Analyst will collaborate with various departments, including Sales, Operations, and Marketing, to gather financial data, validate assumptions, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
  
  

Qualifications For The Financial Analyst

• Proficiency in financial modeling, data analysis, and advanced Excel skills.
• The Financial Analyst has a strong understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and forecasting processes.
• 1 year minimum of experience in Finance or Accounting.
• Must have strong coding skills.
  
  

Education Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting is required.
