Financial Advisor (Remote, US-Based) - Tech Sector (Data and AI)

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Financial Advisor to join our innovative software company. The primary focus of this role will be to drive our fundraising efforts. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial advisory and investor relations, particularly in the tech sector. Compensation for this position is largely commission-based, tied directly to the amount of funding secured.

Key Responsibilities:

Fundraising Strategy and Execution:

• Develop and implement strategic fundraising initiatives to secure capital for the company’s growth within the US market.
• Identify, engage, and negotiate with potential US-based investors, including venture capitalists, private equity firms, and other funding sources.
• Prepare and deliver compelling financial presentations, reports, and business plans to prospective investors.
• Earn commission based on the amount of capital raised, aligned with predefined targets.

Investor Relations:

• Build and maintain relationships with current and potential investors.
• Provide regular updates and reports to investors on the company’s financial performance and strategic direction.
• Ensure transparent and effective communication with all stakeholders.

Financial Planning and Analysis:

• Assist in financial forecasting, budgeting, and cash flow management.
• Analyze financial performance and provide strategic recommendations to the executive team to drive growth and proficability.

Regulatory Compliance and Governance:

• Ensure compliance with US financial regulations and standards.
• Oversee financial audits and due diligence processes related to fundraising activities.

Required Qualifications:

• Proven experience in financial leadership roles, with a strong track record in fundraising and investor relations within the US market.
• Deep understanding of US financial markets, investment strategies, and capital raising techniques.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to engage and inspire confidence in potential investors.
• Proficiency in remote work, utilizing digital communication tools and platforms.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.

Compensation:

• Base salary and commission: Substantial commission-based compensation tied to successful fundraising efforts. Specific commission rates will be aligned with the amount of capital raised.
