As a Financial Advisor & Planner at Empower, you will play a critical role in providing comprehensive wealth management and personal financial planning services to our diverse clientele. You will leverage your expertise to develop tailored financial strategies, manage client relationships, and drive financial success for individuals and families.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client portfolios and financial plans.
  • Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
  • Conduct in-depth financial assessments and risk analyses.
  • Develop and implement customized financial plans, including retirement, investment, tax, and estate planning strategies.
  • Provide guidance on wealth accumulation, preservation, and distribution.
  • Monitor and manage investment portfolios to ensure alignment with client goals and risk tolerance.
  • Conduct market research and analysis to inform investment recommendations.
  • Communicate investment strategies and performance to clients.
  • Ensure all financial planning activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and documentation.
  • Stay informed about changes in financial regulations and best practices.


Qualifications:


  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Certified Financial Planner (CFP) designation required; additional certifications (CFA, ChFC, etc.) are a plus.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in financial planning software and tools.
  • High ethical standards and commitment to client confidentiality.
