Our client, an established and fast-growing Wealth Management firm with a national footprint and nearly $20B under management, is seeking a Financial Advisor to support and expand their business. The Financial Advisor will be responsible for presenting financial, tax and estate, and asset management planning to existing and new clients. This individual will need excellent sales skills in order to build their network of clients.

Job Responsibilities:

• Source new clients and maintain a close relationship with existing base of clients
• Create individualized plans to each client’s lifestyle, goals and risk tolerance
• Monitor the tailored plan and its progress. Communicate with clients on an ongoing basis and retain existing clients
• Market financial planning, investment strategy and products to prospective clients
• Build a referral network and network with referral sources
• Maintain high level of financial and industry knowledge and relationships

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 4+ years of experience in a high growth and dynamic sales environment with results showing success in wealth management, financial advisory or other financial services
• Existing network and demonstrated ability to grow networks both professionally and personally
• Strong ability to build and maintain relationships with both clients and outside sources, such as attorneys and accountants
• Influential communicator and interpersonal skill
