We are an entirely remote, SEC registered investment advisor, with core offices in Los Angeles. We are on the hunt for experienced Financial Advisors. We don’t want average. We want battle-tested warriors who have proven their mettle in the field. Our mission is to provide high net-worth clients with comprehensive financial solutions and strategies, and we need advisors who are relentless in their pursuit of success of clients, and in turn themselves.

We have marketing and appointment setting teams that provide you qualified appointments with leads that need our help.


What You’ll Do:


  • Articulate Value: Clearly and compellingly communicate the value you and the firm bring to clients.
  • Client Onboarding: Turn qualified appointments (provided by the firm) into long-term clients by demonstrating how we can transform their financial lives.
  • Holistic Planning: Implement comprehensive financial plans with the support of our team of CFPs.


Requirements:


  • Experience: Minimum of 2+ years in the industry. Proven track record essential.
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance or a related field.
  • Licensing: Series 65 or 66 required; CFP preferred.
  • Skills: Mastery in sales, converting leads into clients. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must.


Conditions:


  • You must reside in the following states: WA, OR, MT, WY, CO, NM, AZ, NV, UT, ID. No exceptions. You must be willing to answer the call of duty anytime the mission requires it.
  • Work Environment: This is a remote position, but you must be virtually present in a Zoom-like office environment during work hours. Freelancers need not apply.


Compensation and Benefits:


Those who are accepted for this position that are seeking glory through exceptional benefits to clients and extraordinary high income that is uncapped. Here are some of the basics you'll get:


  • Salary: $40,000 Base salary with additional commissions and benefits. A successful person in this role can earn $250,000-$350,000 total compensation.
  • Insurance: Health, dental, vision, short-term disability, and life insurance.
  • Retirement: 401k plan.
  • Leave: Paid time off and holidays.
