Finance Treasury Manager

We are working with the CFO of a global company that partners and serves the telecommunication industry. They are looking for a dynamic Finance Treasury Manager to join their team and lead the function while collaborating closely with the FP&A team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Optimize cash balances through effective cash forecasting and investment strategies
• Develop investment policies and strategies to maximize returns while adhering to risk tolerance levels
• Identify financial risks and develop comprehensive risk management strategies to mitigate risks related to interest rates, commodities, credit risk and other market factors
• Collaborate with FP&A team to develop financial forecasts, budgets, and strategic plans
• Provide treasury analysis and insights to support decision-making processes
• Execute forex trades to hedge against currency fluctuations and minimize financial exposure

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor Degree in Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of Treasury experience including cash management and cash flow forecasting
• Exposure to FP&A (forecasting, budgeting, ad-hoc analysis)

PREFERENCES:

• Exposure to Forex Hedging strategies
• CTP or CFA
• Experience in the Tech or Telecom industry
• Knowledge of Treasury Management systems
