Overview

As a Finance Manager, your responsibilities will be to manage established finance planning and tracking rhythms with all stakeholders and partner with internal Finance stakeholders and team members to ensure fiscal hygiene and compliance across the organization aligned with current finance policies.

What You’ll Do

• Provide budget management to include:
• Review/edit/approve Statement of Work (SOWs), submit and track Purchase Order (PO) requests, build and manage budget tracker sheets.
• Review and monitor tracking reports using internal finance tools.
• Work directly with teams and vendors to assist project management and timely/compliant invoicing.
• Present at periodic budget sync meetings with finance, leadership, and broader team.

What You’ll Have

• Experience managing large team budgets with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience using finance tools and programs and an understanding of finance processes and procedures.
• Some accounting background and experience preferred.
• Organized approach to project and process management, with proven experience establishing and maintaining strong collaborative relationships across a varied set of stakeholders and organizations.
• Excellent communicator, with expertise in written, visual and presentation formats.
• Self-starter, with shared ownership mindset & strong attention to detail.
• Self-awareness, the ability to be self-critical and a strong desire to learn/grow.

Compensation: Prime 8 uses different pay ranges based on level of position, relevant experience and specific candidate location. The pay range for this role is between $60-70 per hour (based on full time employment), plus employee benefits.
