We are looking for a customer obsessed, results oriented Finance manager (IC Manger) to join our Sales Finance team, focusing on Nordstrom.com and NordstromRack.com. This role requires an individual with strong analytical, communication, and influencing skills to support business deliverables and bring business storylines to light. The candidate will work closely with stakeholders across the organization to translate data-driven findings into forward-looking financial plans. The successful candidate will be a self-starter comfortable with ambiguity, strong attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced and ever-changing environment.
This role is Hybrid, Seattle, WA and will require you to be in office 3 days per week.
A day in the life:
Work closely with business partners to aid in forecasting, budgeting and long-term planning while analyzing results ensuring execution and accountability across the business
Analyze sales results and identify trends to provide insights into risks and opportunities
Lead the development of digital sales and funnel plans, relying on historical data and trends as well as inputs from business partners
Track and communicate performance through reporting on a daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly basis to ensure transparency and accountability
Support report automation and process improvement to enhance capabilities within the finance team
Effectively prioritize competing business needs, seek out comprehensive understanding of business topics and interdependencies, build trust with partners through reliable work.
You own this if you have:
Bachelor's degree (business, finance or economics preferred)
5+ plus years of experience in finance, business analysis, financial modeling, and budgeting
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience up-leveling complex analysis to Executive and Board level presentations
Experience with SQL, Tableau, and Anaplan
Superior MS Excel abilities, including the ability to use formulas, functions & pivot tables

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $80,000 - $155,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more.
