Finance Manager - Healthcare (140k-150k + Bonus)

LHH is working with a healthcare company that is seeking a new Finance Manager for their team. In this role, you will be instrumental in crafting the narrative of the company's financial journey. Your primary responsibilities include generating financial forecasts and reports, analyzing data, and distilling complex information into clear communications for executive leadership and investors. As Manager of FP&A, you will lead a small team and collaborate closely with the CFO and Senior Director to support strategic decision-making in our mission to make a significant impact in the healthcare sector.

Job Responsibilities:

• Support core finance processes including financial reporting, revenue recognition, budgeting, and financial modeling.
• Validate departmental results, identifying risks and opportunities, and ensuring active participation in financial processes.
• Assist in finance and accounting special projects, conducting scenario analysis and data analytics.
• Collaborate with the Senior Director of FP&A and CFO to prepare presentations for executive, board, and investor audiences.
• Foster collaboration across company locations and service leaders to streamline processes and execute financial initiatives.
• Manage a team of Financial Analysts.

Job Qualifications:

• Approximately 3-5 years of experience, preferably in quantitative fields like management consulting or investment banking with exposure to financial analysis.
• Demonstrated track record of achievement.
• Expertise in Excel for modeling and analysis.
• Bachelor's degree.
