Finance Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Financial Manager to join our dynamic team. If you have a strong background in corporate finance or FP&A, and thrive in high-growth, fast-paced environments, this could be the perfect opportunity for you.

Requirements:

Experience:

• 5+ years in corporate finance or corporate FP&A.
• Proven track record in high growth companies with tight deadlines.
• Healthcare is HIGHLY preferred and will be given precedence.

Financial Modeling:

• 5+ years of solid financial modeling experience.
• Ability to build and understand 3-Statement Financial Models.
• Experience creating operational models (KPIs, Metrics, tracking).

Skills:

• Strong technical skills combined with financial acumen.
• Ability to create and present financial presentations, and defend and explain them at all levels.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills, including pivot tables and v-lookups (Power BI is a plus).

Management/Leadership:

• Demonstrated leadership and soft skills.
• Ability to manage and develop a direct report.
• Ideally, experience as a manager for 1-2 years. Can be a senior looking for that next step.

Personality:

• Flexibility to adapt to changing demands and respond to ad hoc requests.
• Positive attitude with polished presentation and communication skills.
• Deadline-driven with strong initiative.
• Ability to identify when to escalate issues and handle situations independently.

Preferred Background:

• Ideally from transactional services or advisory services.
• Experience in a PE-backed company is a significant plus
• Background in accounting, demonstrating rigor and attention to detail.
• Experience in transactional accounting with turnaround work preferred over i-banking.
• Investor relations experience, particularly in drafting IR communication, is beneficial.
