About the Role

Our client is looking for a dynamic Finance Manager to join the team. Reporting directly into the CFO, the Finance manager is responsible for:

• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior leadership.
• Develop and manage the annual operating budget and update operating forecasts.
• Collaborate on quarterly board presentations.
• Partner with department heads to create and maintain financial models for decision-making and operational efficiency.
• Handle special projects and ad hoc reporting.

Qualifications:

• BS in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 5+ years in FP&A with recent and relevant experience in management.
• Proficient in Excel with experience in handling large datasets.
• Comfortable working with and presenting to senior leadership.
• Self-driven, proactive, and capable of meeting deadlines.
