• Prepare impactful financial reports, presentations, and data visualizations for senior leadership.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum 6 years of experience in healthcare finance or a similar field.
• Proven leadership experience, with the ability to inspire and guide a team.
• Exceptional analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Strong project management skills, ensuring project success from planning to execution.
• Experience with financial modeling and forecasting preferred.
• MBA/MHA a plus.
