LHH is seeking an Oracle ERP Finance Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in shared services accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and account mapping within Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights.


Key Responsibilities:

Oracle ERP Implementation and Management:

  • Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules.
  • Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.
  • Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to optimize performance.

Shared Services Accounting:

  • Manage shared services accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
  • Streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures.

Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
  • Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
  • Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.

Account Mapping and Configuration:

  • Design and implement chart of accounts structures and mappings to align with business requirements.
  • Ensure accurate mapping of financial transactions and reporting hierarchies.
  • Continuously review and optimize account mappings to support evolving business needs.

Team Leadership and Development:

  • Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to finance team members.
  • Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
  • Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.
  • 3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and management, particularly within the Finance modules.
  • Strong understanding of shared services accounting principles and practices with 5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.
  • Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with account mapping and configuration within Oracle Cloud or Hyperion.
  • In-depth knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
