LHH is seeking an Oracle ERP Finance Manager who possesses in-depth knowledge and expertise in shared services accounting, financial planning and analysis (FP&A), and account mapping within Oracle Cloud. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in managing the financial operations, optimizing processes, and driving strategic decision-making through accurate financial insights.
Key Responsibilities:
Oracle ERP Implementation and Management:
Lead the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of Oracle Cloud ERP Finance modules.
Ensure seamless integration with existing systems and business processes.
Oversee system upgrades, enhancements, and troubleshooting to optimize performance.
Shared Services Accounting:
Manage shared services accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger.
Streamline processes to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance.
Develop and enforce accounting policies and procedures.
Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A):
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop annual budgets, forecasts, and financial models.
Analyze financial data to identify trends, variances, and opportunities for improvement.
Prepare insightful reports and presentations for senior management and stakeholders.
Account Mapping and Configuration:
Design and implement chart of accounts structures and mappings to align with business requirements.
Ensure accurate mapping of financial transactions and reporting hierarchies.
Continuously review and optimize account mappings to support evolving business needs.
Team Leadership and Development:
Provide leadership, guidance, and mentorship to finance team members.
Foster a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous learning.
Conduct performance evaluations and facilitate professional development opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field. Master's degree or CPA preferred.
3+ years of experience in Oracle ERP implementation and management, particularly within the Finance modules.
Strong understanding of shared services accounting principles and practices with 5+ years of experience in full cycle accounting.
Proven track record in financial planning and analysis, including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis.
Hands-on experience with account mapping and configuration within Oracle Cloud or Hyperion.
In-depth knowledge of financial controls, compliance requirements, and audit processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
