Our client is a PE owned MarTech company looking for a Finance Manager to join their team!

As the Accounting and Finance Manager, you will play a pivotal role in managing financial activities, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and driving the company's financial success. Reporting directly to the CFO, you will oversee the accounting and finance function, focusing on the completeness and accuracy of monthly activities and financial reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Audit Oversight: Lead and manage the audit process, coordinating with external auditors and ensuring timely completion of audits. Prepare and review audit documentation as required.
• Monthly Financial Activities: Oversee and manage all aspects of the monthly financial close process, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company policies and accounting standards.
• Reporting: Ensure timely, accurate, and complete reports are submitted on a monthly basis, enabling effective communication.
• Compliance and Policy Adherence: Ensure that the company's financial practices and policies align with relevant accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls.
• Process Improvement: Continuously seek opportunities to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and effectiveness in the accounting department. Implement best practices and process improvements as needed.
• Team Management: Manage and supervise international contractors to ensure accuracy, timely completion, and adherence to project specifications, while providing constructive feedback and identifying opportunities for additional work or improvement.
• Financial Analysis: Assist in financial analysis, forecasting, and budgeting activities to support strategic decision-making. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business initiatives and drive continuous improvement in financial processes and systems.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Proven experience (5+ years) in finance and accounting roles, with a track record of success in financial management and reporting.
• Strong understanding of financial principles, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Proficiency in financial modeling, analysis, and forecasting.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems; familiarity with Intacct is a plus.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally and influence stakeholders at all levels.
• Proactive, results-oriented, and detail-oriented mindset, with a commitment to accuracy and integrity in financial reporting and analysis.
• Prior experience in the software industry or technology sector is a plus.
