DISHER is currently partnering with a manufacturing firm in Wilmington, North Carolina in their search for a Finance Manager. The Finance Manager will be responsible for overseeing all financial operations within the organization while also undertaking limited Human Resources responsibilities.

What you'll get to do:

• Manage month-end closing process including reconciliation of all related balance sheet accounts
• Responsible for the preparation of monthly financial statements including all internal and external reporting to management, parent company, and financial institutions
• Coordinating the year-end audit and tax return for preparation of audited financial statements and related tax compliance
• Manage the accounting operations including the review of journal entries, payroll, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and statutory reporting
• Provide advice and guidance on all accounting matters including financial systems, record keeping, analysis, and reporting
• Administer payroll, 401K, and insurance.
• Develop and administer HR policies and procedures when directed
• Other related duties when required or assigned
  
  
  
  
  

What will make you successful:

• Extensive experience and knowledge of all aspects of corporate accounting and financial management
• CPA or CMA
• HR experience preferred.
• Experience with Microsoft AX/Dynamics software is preferred.
• Good organizational, time management, and prioritization skills
• Excellent attention to detail.
• International business experience is an advantage
