Mon-Fri (40 hours)


Description:

  • Tracking actuals and preparing forecasts for major IT programs.
  • Reconciliation between systems to ensure accurate reporting of IT program financials.
  • Comparing and analysing differences between forecasted program spend and approved program spend.
  • Engage with IT on status of orders, as needed.
  • Prepare Journal Entries, as needed.
  • Facilitate coordination with program team, Technical Accounting and Controllership.
  • Review program purchase orders.
  • Able to work independently and proactively.
  • Strong financial Modeling planning, forecasting and analysis skills.
  • Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, including advanced Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Experience in an IT Finance role a plus.
