Job Responsibilities:
Financial Accounting Responsibilities
1.1 Preparation of and responsibility for financial statements in accordance with the IFRS, US GAAP,etc.
1.2 Determining the accounting policies & procedures
1.3 Preparation of year end accounts package
1.4 Management of external audit process
1.5 Bank Reporting
Management Finance Responsibilities
2.1 Investment- and financial planning, liquidity planning and timely processing of payment transactions
2.2 Internal control: According to the internal control system, clearly understand and control the business status, sort out and evaluate the internal control process, find weak points, improve and strengthen the internal control system, and supervise the implementation of the internal control system and process.Development and implementation of a “best practices” related benchmark data system.
2.3 Budget and forecast processes including balance sheet and cash flow as well as their coordination.Reviewing the annual budget plan & organize and implement comprehensive budget management, allocate, evaluate and control various financial and non-financial resources.
2.4 According to the company's strategic goals and business objectives, combined with historical cost data, develop target costs (purchasing costs, manufacturing costs) that match the strategy, track product cost dynamically in real time, and make recommendations for improvement in a timely manner.
2.5 Decision-making suggestions: Provide monthly management reports, identify weak points or potential opportunities in the business process through profitability analysis, variance analysis, etc., and provide management team with operational suggestions and countermeasures
2.6 According to the company's projects, implement comprehensive budget management, investment return analysis and follow-up of the projects, financial management and control of various milestones in the projects operation process
2.7 Provide performance appraisal data: be responsible for tracking and supervising the performance of key personnel, and fairly and impartially submit the evaluation analysis table for key personnel.
Risk Management
3.1 Credit Control / collection of cash receivables.
3.2 Payment of financial obligations in a timely manner.
3.3 Cash flow management.
3.4 Treasury management including liason with banks.
3.5 Joint Responsibility for stock management process.
3.6 Management of commodities and foreign exchange risk.
3.7 Ensure assets are adequately insured.
3.8 Enforcement of disaster management policy.
Legal Compliance Responsibilities
4.1 Timely collect and sort out the international, national and local tax laws and regulations of the enterprise, carry out the overall tax planning of the company, rationally use the taxation policy, effectively control the taxation cost, and bring into play the tax management benefits.
4.2 Administration of tax return
4.3 Completion of all surveys required by government authorities.
4.4 Responsibility to ensure the local corporation law is complied with. This includes completion of the statutory accounts.
4.5 Develop, Implement and maintain Transfer Pricing System.
4.6 External data disclosure: timely collect and sort out the international, national and local financial laws and regulations of the enterprise, carry out the overall planning of the enterprise, rationally apply government policies, meet the requirements of external third-party information disclosure under the premise of legal compliance, improve Financial control management benefits.
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE/SKILLS:
Education:
Bachelor degree in Finance or Accountancy
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of plant controller
Experience in an international company with a medium-sized culture
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
· Good communication skills, IT skills, HR Management. High Level Legal and accounting knowledge.
· Balance sheet security in theory and practice.
· Expertise in taxes, treasury and tax compliance.
· High analytical skills supported by hands-on mentality.
· Personality:Goal-oriented, economic and strategic thinking coupled with a structured and operative, solution-oriented and independent way of working
· Languages:English required, Chinese is a plus
