We are looking for a Director of Finance to serve our Pregis Automated Mailing & Bagging Business Unit. This position will reside in our Sussex, Wisconsin location.

Profile Summary

Critical Business Opportunity

The Finance Director has overall responsibility for all financial aspects of the company. The individual in this role with direct the organization’s financial policies, planning, reporting and controls, as well as overall off financial functions. As a member of the Pregis Automated Mailing & Bagging leadership team, the Director of Finance will also drive corporate initiatives as needed.

Job Summary

• Contribute the development of the company strategy across all areas of the business, challenging assumptions and decision-making as appropriate and providing financial analysis and guidance on all activities, plans, targets and business drivers to optimize the company's financial performance and strategic position.
• Direct activities associated with revenue generation, cost management, capital expenditure investment, asset management and balance sheet of the business unit.
• Plan, develop and organize, implement, direct and evaluate the organization’s financial function and performance.
• Establish a high performance, inspired team.
• Drive cash flow and manage the working capital of the business.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Evaluate M&A opportunities.

Required Education, Experience and Qualifications

• 7+ years’ experience with at least 3 years of management and leadership experience in a progressive organization
• Industry or related operational experience preferred
• BA/BS degree in Finance, Economics or Accounting.
• Master of Business Administration, CPA/CMA preferred.
• Experience with SAP required.
• Experience with ERP implementation a plus.
