Job Description
We are seeking a motivated Corporate Development & Pricing Analyst to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will play a pivotal part in our growth strategy by supporting M&A activities, implementing innovative pricing solutions, and optimizing our business performance.
Responsibilities
Assist in evaluating and executing M&A and partnership opportunities
Develop pricing strategies and engage with stakeholders to optimize revenue and profitability
Support capital fundraising efforts with financial analysis and strategic insights
Build and maintain financial models, budgets, and corporate KPIs
Conduct market research and competitive analysis
Prepare materials for executive and board-level meetings
Collaborate cross-functionally to drive strategic initiatives
Requirements & Qualifications
Minimum 2+ years of experience in finance, investment banking, consulting, or related fields
Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, business, economics, or equivalent
Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint
Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
Excellent communication and presentation skills
Experience in pricing strategies and financial modeling preferred
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote-first environment
