E Source is a solutions-based consulting, research and advisory, and data science firm that’s been a change agent in the utility industry for over 35 years.
What You’ll Do
Use your finance experience to support teammates and leads with conducting analysis and creating high-quality client deliverables
Collect, analyze and document finance process data and information
Support project leads with organizing and delivering client meetings and workshops, project planning and status reporting, and other related activities
Participate in team-building and continuing education
Build and maintain strong client relationships
What Will Make You a Good Fit
At least five years of experience in finance with working knowledge of finance processes such as general ledger accounting, planning and analysis (FP&A), treasury (cash management) and reporting
Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills
Ability to take initiative and prioritize work
Critical-thinking and proactive problem-solving skills
Ability to collaborate and be a team player alongside the ability to take initiative and work independently
Quick learner with curiosity to explore new processes and systems
Expert-level skills with Microsoft Office applications, including PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Visio, and Outlook
Preference is given to candidates with consulting and utility industry experience

The budgeted salary for this position is $90,000 to $120,000 USD + annual bonus up to 12% (depending on level). Actual pay will be adjusted based on experience.
This person can work remotely, and travel to client sites will be required as by client and project.
