Finance Business Partner -- Remote | WFH

Position Overview

We are seeking dedicated individuals to join our team as Online Subject Instructors. As a Business Partner, you will have the opportunity to invest in and teach students various subjects including English, Hindi, Mathematics, Science, and Social Science through our online platform/app. The curriculum will be aligned with CBSE standards for classes 6th to 10th.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging and interactive lessons to students via our online platform/app.
• Ensure syllabus coverage in line with CBSE guidelines.
• Collaborate with students to enhance their understanding and academic performance.
• Participate in periodic training sessions to improve teaching techniques and methodologies.
  
  

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in the relevant subject with BEd qualification.
• Minimum of 1 year of teaching experience.
• Proficiency in English and Hindi languages.
• Ability to self-teach for 5-6 hours daily.
• Comfortable working remotely from any location (e.g., home, institute, college, library).
  
  

Selection Process

Job Type: Full-time (Freelance, Volunteer, Fresher)

Contract Length: 35 weeks

Schedule

• Day, evening, and night shifts available.

Pay And Benefits

• Up to ₹10,000.00 per month.
• Performance-based commission and bonuses.

Education And Experience

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 1-2 years of teaching experience preferred.
  
  

Work Setting

• Remote (Office setting also available).
  
  

Location:

• Remote work available; however, relocation to Hisar, Haryana, is required for in-person work.
