Base pay range

$110,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr
About The Company

Our client is a private investment firm providing capital for long-term growth and acquisitions for businesses in the healthcare, industrial, and commercial industries.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation of strategic plans, annual operating plans/budgets, financial projections, and quarterly forecasts
  • Build financial models for P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow statements
  • Research forecast to actual variances and provide detailed analysis to guide decision-making
  • Translate financial data into business insights and corporate strategy into financial plans and metrics
  • Deliver monthly operational and financial reporting and analysis to management and stakeholders
  • Assist with the on-going improvement of FP&A tools

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or a related field
  • 2-4 years in an FP&A role
  • Experience with Workday Adaptive or similar FP&A planning and reporting software
  • Foundational understanding of GAAP and accounting
  • Advanced Excel modeling skills
