Major Tasks, Responsibilities & Key Accountabilities

  • Bank Reconciliation
  • Intercompany invoices posting and reconciliation.
  • Perform product costing
  • Post Journal entries
  • Prepare Inventory reports and review master data
  • Monthly Supplier Statement reconciliation
  • Review and process freight and other invoices.
  • Assist the AFC/FC in month end and year end closing.
  • Vendor master data creation and maintenance.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, or related field, required.
  • CPA
  • 5-7 years’ experience in Accounting

Knowledge, Skills, Abilities & Competencies

  • 4-8 years experience as an accountant in Manufacturing industry.
  • Work experience in SAP is preferred.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent problem solving and organizational skills; ability to work with minimal supervision
  • Proficiency with Excel, Power point and MS project
  • Effective verbal and written communications skills.
