Mark Andy is looking for a Final Electrical Assembler to join our team! The Final Electrical Assembler, performs duties required to assemble electrical and pneumatic components into all inline presses and press equipment for final shipment. Tests, calibrates, and troubleshoots inline presses and press equipment.

Qualifications/Skills Required
- Assembles electrical and pneumatic components of inline presses
- Assembles final wiring on all presses including print stations, power packs, control panels, using wiring schematics, diagrams, and relevant documentation
- Inspects components prior to assembly, for visual defects and damage
- Tests presses operationally, checking for specific functions, such as running registry, counter function, web tension, web guide operation, pneumatic controls, etc
- Works closely with final mechanical assembler to ensure proper electrical/pneumatic and mechanical operation
- Identifies and corrects component failures and wiring errors using multi-meter, oscilloscope, function generator, schematics, etc.
- Calibrates key components, such as, motor controllers, tension systems, web guides, etc., on all presses using multi-meter, engineering specifications, etc
- Trains new personnel in understanding the various systems, assembly procedures, and troubleshooting
- Supports the engineering department in redesigning and building prototype presses
- May prepare the following forms: Material Request, Material Return to Stock, IRAD, Discrepancy Report, etc
- Performs duties of personnel in sub and modular electrical assembly department when necessary
- Advance knowledge of circuit components and operation
- Ability to read electrical schematics
- Troubleshoot using schematics
- General knowledge of basic electricity
- Able to use a personal computer
- Ability to use various hand and power tools, multi-meter, various test instruments as described above, heat gun, soldering iron, and crimpers
- High school degree or equivalent trade school
- Minimum of 3 years electrical assembly
- Experience with Oracle manufacturing software (version 10.7 or higher) preferred but not required
- Regularly required to sit, stand, bend, reach, climb, stoop, kneel, crouch and crawl and move about facility and/or customer’s facilities. Frequent lifting up to 50 pounds
- Moderate to frequent exposure to shop environment; may be exposed to dust, odors, oils, fumes, chemicals, noise and moving parts. Work typically requires the usage of PPE and can require work on the facility’s production floor.
