Key Result Areas (essential Functions)
Follows prescribed safety regulations
Ensure that all housekeeping is maintained in a clear and orderly fashion in assigned area
Performs routine maintenance to include lubricating, fueling and cleaning
Observes equipment operation to detect machine malfunction
Follows work plans and pre-task cards
Other duties and responsibilities related to the nature of the job may be assigned on a temporary or permanent basis as needed
Operates the following equipment based on the requirements of the project:
Mini Excavator
Backhoe
Trackhoe
Loader
Forklift/Telehandler
Bobcat/Skid-steer
Effectively work and build relationships with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
Strong teamwork orientation
Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
Detail orientation
Ability to move levers, shift gears, depress pedals and maneuver steering wheel to operator equipment
Ability to frequently sit, stand, walk, crouch, kneel, climb and periodically lift up to 50 lbs
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instruction, procedure manuals, and load charts
Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
Ability to work independently

Education And Experience Requirements
Equipment certifications as required
A Minimum Of 3 Years Of Related Experience (required)
Must possess valid driver’s license of proper class and necessary endorsements as required by law
Essential Physical Requirements
Ability to frequently work in heat and other weather conditions
Frequently crouch, kneel, squat, climb
Ability to occasionally lift, push, pull up to 50 lbs
Frequently reach high and low places
Ability to see, hear, balance, and review job sites
Ability to sit, stand and walk throughout the work day
Ability to use repetitive hand/arm/leg movements
Must be able to dust, grease/oil machinery
Frequently be around excessive noise and vibrations
