Field Service Engineer

Our client specializes in innovative in-vitro diagnostics for hemostasis and thrombosis testing. For over 80 years, they have provided comprehensive diagnostic tools, improving patient care and outcomes globally.


They are looking to add an experienced Field Service Engineer to their growing team.

Responsibilities:

· Service & Maintenance: Perform curative/emergency service, preventive maintenance, and updates on assigned analyzers.

· Installations & Demos: Install instruments at customer sites, sales demos, and product shows.

· Technical Support: Provide onsite and remote support for Digital Products, including installation and configuration.

· Troubleshooting: Analyze and resolve issues, ensuring optimal operation of analyzers.

· Customer Communication: Maintain effective communication between the customer and company, driving customer satisfaction.

· Resource Management: Manage company resources and equipment effectively.


Qualifications:

· Education: High School Diploma or GED required; Associate's Degree or Technical School Certificate a plus; Bachelor’s Degree preferred.

· Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in troubleshooting and repairing diagnostic equipment.

· Skills: Strong technical knowledge, excellent communication skills, and ability to travel up to 75%.

· Licenses: Valid Driver's License required.
