Position Overview: As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a critical role in ensuring our valves perform optimally in the demanding conditions of the oil and gas market. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of our valve products at various customer sites. This role requires a strong technical background, excellent problem-solving skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install, maintain, and repair valves at customer locations.
• Conduct routine inspections and testing to ensure proper functionality.
• Diagnose and resolve technical issues efficiently and effectively.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of our valves.
• Collaborate with the sales and engineering teams to address customer needs and improve product performance.
• Prepare detailed service reports and documentation.
• Adhere to all safety protocols and industry regulations.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in field service engineering, preferably within the oil and gas industry.
• Strong technical knowledge of valves and related equipment.
• Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to travel frequently to customer sites.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
