Field Services Engineer

Summary:

• Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a flexible work schedule and use independent judgement and reasoning to support the highest level of quality and service delivery.
• Manage all preventative maintenance and system upgrades of instrumentation at the customer site and provide troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
• Manage expectation and timeline of customers.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical equipment; preferably medical device.
• Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
• Available to travel 70% and work remotely.
• Associates degree, technical degree or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years’ experience in technical engine or power transmission services or other oil and Gas experience
