Field Services Engineer
Summary:
- Provide exceptional customer service, maintain a flexible work schedule and use independent judgement and reasoning to support the highest level of quality and service delivery.
- Manage all preventative maintenance and system upgrades of instrumentation at the customer site and provide troubleshooting to diagnose and resolve technical issues.
- Manage expectation and timeline of customers.
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in electro-mechanical equipment; preferably medical device.
- Associate Degree or equivalent experience.
- Available to travel 70% and work remotely.
- Associates degree, technical degree or equivalent experience
- 3-5 years’ experience in technical engine or power transmission services or other oil and Gas experience
