Your Responsibilities
Triage all printer/copier calls from clients.
Troubleshoot and fix copiers/printers in an assigned geographic area.
Manage service delivery for assigned accounts, addressing escalations as needed.
Collaborate with manufacturers and supervisors by opening tickets and escalating calls when required.
Provide accurate feedback with call close information, part usage reporting, and customer meter readings.
Provide exceptional customer service to clients and end users.
Your Qualifications
Technical expertise in Color/Black-White MFPs with Ricoh, Canon, Sharp and other brands preferred.
A positive professional demeanor with a team spirit
Must possess excellent verbal and written technical communication skills.
Strong technical aptitude and a passion for troubleshooting and fixing things.
Proficiency in computer skills, particularly in Microsoft Office applications and desktop technology.
Must be at least 21 years old or older with a valid driver's license issued in your state of residence.
