Position: Field Service Technician

As a Field Service Technician, you'll leverage your technical, electrical, and mechanical skills to assist customers with our client’s machinery and equipment. Whether installing, troubleshooting, educating, or providing maintenance, your role is crucial in ensuring customer satisfaction. Enjoy solving problems and traveling? This role is perfect for you.

Projects You'll Work On:

• Install, start-up, and operate equipment.
• Provide detailed reports on work performed, issues encountered, and customer feedback.
• Suggest improvements to enhance product operation and reliability.
• Develop positive relationships with customers, offering support and troubleshooting advice.
• Train customers and fellow Field Service Representatives on equipment use, operation, and maintenance.
• Maintain demo equipment for presentations and demonstrations.
• Stay updated on the latest installation and maintenance procedures by collaborating with vendor technicians and installers.

What Experience You Should Bring:

• Driver’s License: Valid and in good standing.
• Flexibility: Ability to travel regularly.
• Education/Experience: Two years of electronic technical school or equivalent experience; Associates Degree preferred.
• Training: Completion of a Field Service training program or experience in N/C or P/C service/maintenance.
