Field Service Representative-European Products

Position

We are currently searching for the right candidate to join our Aftermarket Service and Training team as a Field Service Technician. This position will be responsible for servicing and demonstrating our European products and equipment as well as providing training for operators at our customer’s locations. Although our company is located in Chilton, Wisconsin, this position can work remotely from a home office.

We are seeking a highly skilled High Voltage Power Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in field service high voltage, mechanical, and service technician field service. As a High Voltage Power Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, diagnosing and repairing high voltage power equipment and systems.

Responsibilities:

• Demonstrating equipment to potential customers
• Installing new or modified equipment at customer’s facility to ensure full functionality according to specifications.
• Assisting in the training of new operators at customer sites
• Providing on-site technical assistance to help troubleshoot, repair and adjust equipment
• Evaluating field installations and recommending design modifications to eliminate machine or system malfunctions.
• Attending trade shows which may include assembling and disassembling equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance on equipment and systems
• Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and procedures
• Provide technical support to customers
• Document all work performed and maintain accurate records
  
  
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in high voltage power maintenance and repair is recommended, but not required
• Strong mechanical and electrical skills
• Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Valid driver's license and passport
• Willingness to travel (up to 75%) throughout North America and Europe
