Positively influences customer satisfaction through the installation, support, and conduct training on site
Uses enhanced troubleshooting skills to resolve customer issues.
Works per the Service Manager's schedule and must be available to be on-call and respond to customer emergencies.
Stays current on technical knowledge through participation on training programs, reading technical bulletins from Marposs databases, or other means available.
Provide timely, detailed, and accurate reports on service work performed and expenses.
Requirements
2 year degree in Electronic or Electrical Engineering or equivalent preferred
Knowledge of PCs and ability to learn our software
Ability to read blue prints and schematic
Mechanical aptitude and solid math skills
Good driving record
Extensive traveling in Indiana and Midwest area is required
