As a Field Purchasing Manager, you will lead our Supply Chain function in the field office, focusing on:
Executing Supply Chain Strategies: Ensure seamless implementation of our strategies to drive profitable growth.
Distribution Center Readiness: Guarantee our distribution centers are always prepared to meet demands.
Building Brand Trust: Strengthen relationships with suppliers, franchisees, and internal teams to uphold our brand's integrity.
Three-Legged Stool Philosophy: Bring our core values to life in the region through effective leadership and collaboration.
Key Responsibilities
Provide transparent and active leadership, leveraging resources from various teams.
Ensure successful execution of supply chain initiatives and maintain effective two-way communication.
Collaborate with regional and home office teams, suppliers, and franchisees to achieve market goals.
Implement and optimize supply chain strategies within designated territories.
Develop and manage plans for new product introductions and supplier changes.
Ensure products meet quality and food safety standards.
Build strong business relationships and educate market leadership on supply chain value.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in Supply Chain, Business, or Finance.
5+ years of experience in Supply Chain Management and/or Restaurant Operations.
Strong ability to influence and drive change.
Excellent communication skills (written, oral, and presentation).
Solid financial acumen.
Exceptional collaboration and relationship-building skills.
Creative approach to continuous improvement and strong leadership abilities.
Proficient in project management and execution.
Self-starter who works well independently.
