Position Objective:
The Manager, Field Marketing is responsible for leading a team of Community Liaisons to drive growth metrics within the assigned territory. This position reports to Director, Field Marketing (or similar role) and will oversee positive membership growth through education and and engagement.
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for growth metrics of assigned territory and team
- Collaborates with the Director of Field Marketing to execute an action plan for market activities and community outreach to support market growth and retention of assigned territory
- Collaborates with the Leadership Team to execute successful new clinic openings in assigned market
- Oversee the work and performance of Community Liaisons
- Interview and train new team members
- Leads and assists with the development of strategic relationships with community partners, health plans, physicians, and office teams for new hires
- Assists with coverage for open territory when needed
- Maintain regular communication with Director of Field Marketing with weekly/bi-weekly updates of current market strategies, successes, and challenges within the territory
- Conduct presentations to generate leads and increase awareness of VIPcare, SaludVIP, and targeted affiliate providers
- Coordinate marketing collateral required for events and advertisements
- Provide support for special projects and educational efforts as directed
- Drive market membership goals for both growth and retention
- Maintain relationships with Brokers, Health Plan Insurance Agents, Community Case Workers, and local Vendors associated with the senior population
- Follow up with new patients and ensure scheduling of first appointment
- Plans, coordinates, and executes local events within the community
- Responsible for providing a monthly activity calendar of scheduled community events and forecasting new outreach opportunities and partner relationships
- Obtain positive membership growth by educating potential patients about our Providers and proven healthcare model
- Other duties as assigned
- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
- Leadership experience in a healthcare sales environment
- Two years of marketing project management, communications and/or marketing campaign development, and event planning experience
- Exceptional interpersonal skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Bilingual a plus, but not required
- Excellent ability to organize and follow-up
- Must have a current, valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability and willingness to travel within the assigned market as determined by the business need is required
- Proficient with Google Suite (Drive, Docs, Sheets, Slides) and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for real-time collaboration
- Ability to sit for extended periods of time
- Ability to operate a motor vehicle
- Has a contagious and positive work ethic, inspires others, and models the behaviors of core values and guiding principles
- An effective team player who contributes valuable ideas and feedback and can be counted on to meet commitments

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; must be comfortable communicating with internal and external stakeholders
- Strong interpersonal and presentation skills
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Must be results-oriented with a focus on quality execution and delivery
- Appreciation of cultural diversity and sensitivity toward target patient populations
