Job Description

As a Field Marketing Manager, you will be an integral part of the growing Enterprise team at Wix Studio, helping us accelerate demand within strategic industries by developing, managing, and executing field programs and campaigns specifically targeting accounts in different verticals.

In this role, you will be responsible for building brand awareness, thought leadership recognition, and creating demand with target audiences in the US / EMEA region.

This position will drive programs with the goal of generating a quality pipeline, stimulating acceleration of the sales cycle, and building potential client relationships. You will partner closely with Field Sales and additional teams in Wix Studio to deliver and accelerate pipeline to support in exceeding objectives and revenue goals.

On a daily basis, you will:

  • Build and execute regional field marketing programs that integrate sales and marketing requirements to support pipeline and revenue goals
  • Collaborate with field sales teams to identify target accounts and create marketing campaigns to engage target audiences, drive demand, and accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Develop and execute demand generation marketing field programs including third-party and Wix Studio-hosted events, webinars, in-person and virtual experiences, roadshows, and more.
  • Own the entire cycle from planning to execution and summarizing and drive qualified leads to d support the development of pipeline opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams such as legal and procurement and interact with potential vendors
  • Identify and execute targeted marketing initiatives focusing on key account development and expansion, using multi-channel tactics, including ABM.
  • Forecast and measure the impact of the marketing plan on sales while analyzing program results, optimizing as needed.
  • Act as the subject-matter expert, maintain ongoing communications, and be the go-to marketing resource with the field teams.
  • Define marketing goals and objectives to develop a strategic marketing plan that aligns with the sales pipeline and revenue goals


Qualifications:

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience working as a field marketer within the B2B SaaS space
  • Proven track record of executing field marketing programs and events that drive new customer acquisition and pipeline growth
  • Strong demand generation experience building multi-touch, integrated campaigns
  • Natural curiosity, creativity, thoroughness, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Self-motivated, able to work autonomously and communicate with remote management
  • Prior experience with marketing tools, analytics, and technology platforms
  • Bonus points if you have experience working with Salesforce, ZoomInfo, Monday, etc.
  • Excellent strategic thinking skills with the ability to make data-driven decisions


About The Team

We are the Enterprise Solutions team in Studio. We’re focused on positioning Wix Studio as the best solution for enterprises – as well as bringing new, large businesses to Wix and helping them grow by making the most of our solutions, products, and features.

This role requires up to 30% travel

At this time we are seeking NY-based candidates who can commute to our office in NYC. Our employees work in a hybrid model and are expected to be in the office at least 2 days per week

Approximate base compensation is $100,000 - $120,000. In addition to base pay you will receive company RSUs as part of the compensation package. Final offer may vary and will be determined by various factors including location the role is expected to be performed, shift, candidate profile and ideal qualifications.
