Position Overview:

We are seeking a motivated and skilled Field Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Houston, Texas. The Field Engineer will play a crucial role in supporting the execution and operations of renewable energy projects, focusing on solar, wind, and BESS installations. Key Responsibilities:

• Project Support: Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of renewable energy projects from conception to completion.
• Field Operations: Oversee and monitor on-site activities to ensure adherence to project specifications, safety protocols, and quality standards.
• Technical Expertise: Provide technical support and troubleshooting during construction, commissioning, and operational phases of renewable energy facilities.
• Data Analysis: Analyze operational data and performance metrics to optimize system efficiency and identify areas for improvement.
• Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with internal teams and external stakeholders to address project requirements and ensure client satisfaction.
• Documentation: Prepare reports, documentation, and presentations detailing project progress, findings, and recommendations.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or related field.
• Experience: Minimum of X years of experience in field engineering, preferably within plant operations and renewable energy sectors.
• Technical Skills: Familiarity with renewable energy technologies, particularly solar, wind, and BESS systems.
• Certifications: Relevant certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are a plus.
• Communication: Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot technical issues and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
• Adaptability: Willingness to travel to project sites and work in varying environmental conditions as required.
